The Business Second Opinion
After 40 years in business coaching, I help entrepreneurs get clear about the decisions that matter most.
When you're uncertain about strategy, growth, hiring, or direction, I provide an experienced outside perspective that helps you cut through the noise and move forward with confidence.
Client + Coach + AI = Accelerated Results
Perpetual Advantage helps entrepreneurs see what they can’t easily see in their own thinking — the assumptions, habits, and blind spots that quietly limit growth.
Most entrepreneurs are capable and driven. But even the best leaders can become trapped inside their own patterns of thinking.
That’s where an experienced second opinion changes everything.
I combine human insight from decades of coaching with AI-assisted analysis to help clients think more clearly and make better decisions faster.
The result isn’t more information.
It’s clear understanding of what matters most — and the next steps to take.
The Problem Entrepreneurs Face
Successful entrepreneurs make hundreds of decisions every year. Most are small. A few quietly shape the future of the business.
The challenge isn’t intelligence or effort. It’s perspective.
Over time, every leader develops patterns of thinking that once worked well but slowly become constraints. Assumptions harden. Certain questions stop being asked. Opportunities are missed not because they are invisible, but because they fall outside the way the business owner has learned to think.
Inside the business, it is difficult to see these patterns clearly.
Advisors and consultants often focus on tactics — marketing strategies, systems, hiring frameworks. Those can be useful, but they rarely address the deeper issue.
Many business challenges are actually thinking challenges. A second opinion helps entrepreneurs step outside their own mental models long enough to see what has been hiding in plain sight.
My Method
Decision Clarity Through Better Thinking
Perpetual Advantage is built on a simple idea: Better thinking leads to better decisions. Better decisions lead to better results.
My role is not to run your business or provide generic advice. It is to help you think more clearly about the decisions that matter most.
The process combines three elements:
1. External Perspective
An experienced outside viewpoint reveals patterns that are difficult to see from inside the business. After decades of working with entrepreneurs, many common decision traps and blind spots become easier to recognize.
2. Structured Thinking
Instead of reacting to problems, we slow down the thinking process and examine the assumptions underneath key decisions:
What problem are we actually solving?
What assumptions are we making?
What alternatives have we not considered?
What would success look like 3–5 years from now?
Clear thinking often reveals that the real issue is different from the one first presented.
3. AI-Accelerated Insight
AI tools help expand the range of possibilities and surface patterns quickly. Used properly, they allow entrepreneurs to explore options, test ideas, and challenge assumptions far more efficiently.
But AI alone is not the answer.
The real value comes from combining human judgment, entrepreneurial experience, and AI-assisted analysis.
Who This Is For
I work remotely with entrepreneurs around the world who:
run successful businesses
value thoughtful decision-making
want to continue growing personally and professionally
They don’t need motivation.
They want clarity, perspective, and intelligent challenge.
Learning is the only sustainable competitive advantage.
The entrepreneurs who grow fastest are those who continually refine how they think, decide, and adapt.
What clients have to say.

Confident Introvert
In Confident Introvert, author A. Greg Dickson redefines introversion as a competitive advantage for modern entrepreneurs rather than a character flaw.
The book argues that natural introverted traits, such as deep listening and strategic thinking, are uniquely suited for the digital age and the rise of AI-driven business. Dickson highlights how high-achievers like Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos leverage solitude for innovation, proving that quiet leadership can yield global impact.
A core theme is the power of open-ended questions, which allow introverts to control conversations and build authentic trust without needing to perform like extroverts. By focusing on quality over quantity in networking and communication, introverts can achieve sustainable success while remaining true to their authentic selves. The text concludes with a practical five-step framework designed to turn meaningful dialogue into a foundational tool for career and business growth.
